Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using FinzPark. By registering or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xploreroots Private Limited (operator of the FinzPark brand).
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FinzPark's mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users, including registered members and visitors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use FinzPark. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Nature of services
FinzPark is a financial technology and education platform operated by Xploreroots Private Limited. We provide tools for tracking, learning, simulating, and planning your personal finances. We are not currently registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and not registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All tools, calculators, simulators, market data, and Avni AI responses are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
4. Regulatory status
Xploreroots Private Limited (or its designated group entity) has initiated the process of obtaining registrations under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and AMFI. Mutual fund, stock, and bond features displayed on the platform are previews of planned functionality and are subject to receipt of applicable regulatory approvals. Digital gold services, where available, are offered through RBI-recognised refiner partners. Fixed deposit bookings are facilitated through our RBI-regulated partner bank / NBFC under a standard distributor arrangement. Once registrations are granted, the relevant registration numbers will be published on the Disclosures page.
5. User obligations
You agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information, (b) use the platform for unlawful purposes, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, (d) share your account credentials, or (e) use automated bots to access services. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
6. Investment risk disclosure
All investments carry risk. Mutual funds, digital gold, fixed deposits, and other instruments displayed or facilitated through FinzPark are subject to market and issuer risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decision.
7. Intellectual property
All content on FinzPark - including Avni AI, algorithms, logos, interface designs, and educational content - is the exclusive property of Xploreroots Private Limited and is protected under Indian intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinzPark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for breach of these terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Investment holdings, if any, will be transferred in accordance with applicable regulations.
10. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Where any future investment-related transaction is facilitated through FinzPark, applicable regulatory grievance mechanisms (such as SEBI SCORES or the ODR portal) will be made available.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
